Go Kits Emergency Communications was launched in January 2017 for the sole purpose of supplying Licensed Radio Amateurs and Commercial Business on the West Rand with all the necessary equipment and radios.
We identified the need to for a central distribution point of equipment as we found many radio enthusiasts were spending hours travelling to and from radio suppliers and this travel added to the cost of fuel.
It was our decision to create a central distribution point from which equipment would acquired from the distant suppliers and would then be made available locally at more or less the same price as the buyer would have paid if the buyer had purchased from these suppliers.
It is our aim to reduce the travelling time and cost of fuel and to pass on any discounts we receive for bulk buying to the buyer.
Some items may appear more expensive than a direct purchase from the supplier but will be less that the added fuel cost plus travelling time.
In December 2020 we amalgamated Go Kits Emergency Communications with its parent company EmComm (Pty0 Ltd as both businesses were providing the same or complementary services.

ALL COMMERCIAL 2 WAY RADIO PURCHASES WILL ONLY BE PROGRAMMED BY US ON PRESENTATION OF THE OFFICAL ICASA FREQUENCY ALLOCATION AND PROGRAMMING OF ALL OTHER FREQUENCIES WILL BE UNDERTAKEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
